12 Months to ₹1 Crore: A Husband-Wife Mission
Breaking The Hidden Glass Ceiling That Stops Us All
Published on March 27, 2025
A Dream, A Struggle, and A Leap into the Unknown
I stood on the balcony, staring at the city lights flickering in the distance. The warm evening air should have been comforting, but my mind was racing, knowing that something had to change.
With a deep breath, I picked up my phone and dialed Sheenu.
“Sanjeev?” she answered immediately.
I hesitated, then let out the words I had been holding back.
“I can’t do this anymore. I don’t want this job.”
There was silence for a moment, and then her voice came through, steady and certain.
“Then don’t. We’ll figure it out.”
Just like that, she gave me the permission I hadn’t given myself. And with that decision, our journey truly began.
Breaking Free From the Script Society Wrote for Me
Growing up, success had always been defined by stability. The ultimate goal? A government job.
I followed the script perfectly—became a civil engineer, cracked the Class-1 government exams, and landed a prestigious position. It was everything I was told I should want. But stability wasn’t freedom.
The paychecks weren’t enough. Our dreams felt far away. Loans kept piling up.
One day, staring at my salary slip, the thought hit me hard.
Is this really it? Is this “Moksha” like everyone says?
I knew there had to be something more.
The Search for More: Failures, Setbacks, and a Glimpse of Hope
I wasn’t the kind of person who could sit still while feeling unfulfilled. I tried network marketing, built a moderate income, and devoured books like The Secret and Rich Dad Poor Dad.
The concept of time and money freedom fascinated me. But success and failure go hand in hand. A bad investment wiped out everything I had built.
That loss stung. But it came with a lesson—never again would I put my future in someone else’s hands.
So, I invested in myself. I immersed myself in learning through Success Gyan programs like TTT, MTS, and MBA from Rajeev Talreja. The knowledge was powerful, but something was still missing.
By 2019, I made a bold declaration to Sheenu.
“I will quit my job by April 2020.”
In August 2020, I walked into my government office for the last time.
I didn’t know what was next, but I knew I couldn’t stay where I was.
I became a Bob Proctor PGI Consultant, started training stock market traders, and even moved from Delhi to Mumbai to chase bigger opportunities.
But nothing clicked.
We had skills. But no system.
And then, by sheer coincidence, I found the answer.
A Chance Encounter That Changed Everything
One evening, while driving from Mahabalipuram to Chennai, I gave a lift to a woman from Sidz’s community.
She started talking about digital coaching, and something inside me clicked.
That night, I checked my email inbox—and I couldn’t believe it. I had purchased Sidz’s Silver Membership long ago, but never used it.
Was this the missing link?
I immediately attended the Diamond Showcase and joined Diamond.
Then came an email—an invitation to Quantum.
I jumped in.
But even with all the resources, I was stuck. I couldn’t decide whether to coach people on stock market investing, mindset coaching, or career transitions.
Then, a 1-on-1 session with Sidz changed everything.
I told him about Sheenu—how she was educating health coaches on nutrition through courses.
He smiled and said, “You’re sitting on a goldmine.”
And he was right.
Sheenu’s Journey: From Scientist to Entrepreneur
Sheenu’s story is one of resilience, reinvention, and relentless learning.
She was raised in a family of academicians—a doctor father and a professor mother.
She excelled in her studies, earned MSc, MPhil, and PhD from Delhi University, and joined DRDO as a scientist.
She was part of a team that invented an anti-stress and anti-skin cancer drug using Ashwagandha.
Her research was published internationally, and she was at the peak of her career.
Then, she got married.
And just like that, her identity shifted overnight—from a leading researcher to a homemaker.
For years, she focused on our son, Ishan, and our family. But deep inside, she felt something was missing.
Sheenu wanted financial and decision-making independence.
She tried network marketing, built a 100+ member team across India, but soon realized the industry lacked ethics.
So she walked away.
But Sheenu didn’t stop learning.
She became a certified dietitian and fitness coach and started her own clinic.
Within a short time, she was getting referrals from top doctors, and her work was getting recognized.
Then received prestigious awards like the Bharat Gaurav Ratna Shri Samman.
Finally, things were looking stable. Sheenu was earning ₹2-3 lakhs per month, traveling, learning Kathak, and growing spiritually.
But life had one more test for us.
The Moment of Truth: Going All In
In 2020, I called Sheenu from Goa and told her, “I want to quit my job. Can you sustain us until I build something bigger?”
She didn’t even hesitate.
“Yes. Don’t worry.”
And just like that, I quit.
Within a year, our savings ran dry. Loans, EMIs, medical bills—everything was piling up. I moved to Mumbai, focusing on stock market coaching, but nothing took off.
For the first time, we were both at zero.
That’s when I found Quantum.
And that’s when we rebuilt from scratch—together.
We implemented three key strategies:
1. We crafted one solid product.
Sheenu’s knowledge and community became our goldmine. We identified what our audience truly needed and designed programs for holistic health and disease reversal.
2. We consistently sold our product.
3. We built a strong product design team.
Our community members became our best product designers. We continuously took feedback and upgraded our courses. Then, we introduced Diamond Showcases every month and optimized our upselling strategy.
And within 12 months, we hit 1 Crore.
You are not just a supporting character in someone else’s story—you are the author of your own.
Zero is just a number. What matters is how fast you stand up after falling.
Continuous action beats overthinking. Selling your product consistently is the key.
You are sitting on a goldmine. Look at what’s already working and scale it.
Mentorship accelerates success. Our transformation began the day we met Sidz.
Your community is your strength. If you listen to them, they will guide your growth.
The Next Mission: 10 Crores
This is just the beginning.
The next milestone? 10 Crores.
And we are ready.
