A Marwari Woman’s Scrum Mastery to ₹1 Crore
Breaking The Hidden Glass Ceiling That Stops Us All
Published on March 11, 2025
Is this really the path you want to take?
I heard this question many times in my life.
First, when I decided to work in IT, despite coming from a background where women were expected to stay at home. Again, when I wanted to transition from manual testing to automation. And once more, when I decided to step into the coaching business.
Each time, my answer was the same—I am sure. But deep down, I was terrified. Terrified of failure. Terrified of disappointing my family.
I grew up in a middle-class Marwari family, where responsibilities were divided by gender. Men earned. Women managed homes. Dreams were secondary; survival was the priority.
I watched my mother sacrifice her dreams, her passions, her identity, just to keep the household running. I told myself—one day, I will change this cycle. I will be different.
My parents worked tirelessly to give me the best education. They believed in me. But society? It had its own plans.
In 2006, I stepped into the IT industry as a Quality Analyst. I spent years in manual testing before transitioning to an Automation Test Lead role, believing that automation would dominate the future.
Life moved fast. I got married. A loving family, yet the traditional mindset persisted.
I took a three-year career break to raise my child. It was a fulfilling yet conflicting experience. I adored being a mother, but a part of me—the woman who once had big dreams—was fading away.
When I returned to work, I felt stuck. The job felt monotonous. Then came my 2016 appraisal. Despite all my hard work, I got a meager salary hike. I felt invisible. Unappreciated. Like I was just another replaceable employee.
I started questioning everything.
Was this all there was?
I cried silently at night. I felt trapped. I had given my all, and yet, I was treated as if I was disposable.
A calling.
In 2017, I discovered the role of a Scrum Master. It felt like a missing piece—a perfect blend of leadership and agility.
I took the leap and moved from QA to Scrum Master.
But it wasn’t easy. I had the certificates, but not the real-world experience. I stumbled. I failed. I doubted myself more times than I could count. There were days I wanted to quit.
But I kept going. I gained experience. And I started noticing something—most Scrum Masters in the industry lacked practical skills. They had certificates, but they didn’t know how to apply them.
That realization planted a seed.
I had found my purpose.
On January 11, 2022, the universe led me to a webinar by Siddharth Rajsekar. A coaching business from home? Sounded too good to be true. But something in me said—try this.
I was fascinated and absorbed every word. When it was time to decide whether to join his Silver Membership, I hesitated. I thought about it thrice. Then finally, I took the leap and joined ILH as a Silver Member.
I had no idea where life would take me. What the universe had planned for me.
The first few days were amazing. Watching the courses felt exciting. But then came the implementation part—that’s when the overwhelm hit me. Technology. Video creation. Course recording. Website building. Automation. It all felt like too much.
Then one fine day, I received an email inviting me to upgrade to Diamond Membership.
I didn’t hesitate. I invested in myself.
And that was the best decision of my life.
An investment of ₹1.5 lakh turned into ₹1 crore in just two years!
I launched my courses and founded Scrum Champions. I had the incredible opportunity to be in the hot seat during the LCC call with Sidz, where he provided me with complete clarity on my funnel. His insights and guidance helped me refine my strategy and gain a deeper understanding of my business direction.
I started with just five students. I still remember my first webinar. I was nervous. I fumbled. But then magic happened—I got my first four sales.
That moment changed everything.
It made me believe in the process. It made me believe in myself.
Seeing my own website with my photo—it gave me my first taste of entrepreneurship. It made everything feel real.
Three years into this journey, I’ve never looked back. I’ve conducted at least two webinars every week without fail. That consistency has brought me where I am today.
The community grew to 1,500+ members.
Nothing compares to the satisfaction of seeing others succeed. And even more so, the satisfaction of the person I have become through this journey.
April 2023—A Defining Moment
For the first time, I flew alone to Chennai to receive my Hall of Fame Award.
I had crossed ₹10 lakh in total revenue.
I never imagined this would actually happen.
When I started creating courses, even earning ₹50,000 seemed like a dream.
And now, ₹10 lakh in revenue—this transformation has been beyond anything I could have envisioned.
As I stood on that stage, tears welled up in my eyes—not just from joy, but from the deep, overwhelming happiness that came from within.
A girl who was once told that women should only manage homes was now standing in front of hundreds, being celebrated for her success.
I thought of my mother. Of her silent sacrifices. Of the countless nights I cried, feeling like I wasn’t enough.
A year ago, I wouldn’t have believed it. From an IT job earning ₹1.5 lakh per month to a business generating ₹5 lakh per month.
I had transformed.
In March 2024, I came to know that Sidz opened his Quantum membership form.
I filled it with no intention of joining Quantum earlier, to be very frank. But the kind of value I got in that one month triggered me to join Quantum and make an investment of ₹10 lakh per year.
And that was the best decision of my life.
Never ever in my wildest dreams as an IT professional did I think that a day would come where I would invest ₹10 lakh per year in myself.
I was hardly earning ₹5 lakh per month before joining Quantum.
After Quantum, my graph went to ₹10 lakh per month and is still growing…
My community has now grown to 1,500+ members and is expanding every day.
My vision is simple: to empower individuals to become successful Scrum Masters and leaders in their own right.
If not for Siddharth, his Freedom Business Model, and my husband’s unwavering support, I would never have stepped into my true potential or discovered the confident, empowered woman I am today.
Reflecting on my journey as a Quality Analyst, I now connect the dots and see just how far I’ve come.
You are not just a supporting character in someone else’s story—you are the author of your own.
A river never stops flowing because of the rocks in its path. It finds a way around them, shaping its own course, carving its own destiny.
That’s how life works. But you need to keep going no matter what.
Tears will come. Doubt will whisper. But don’t stop.
Because one day, you’ll stand on your own stage.
And you’ll realize—you were always meant for more.
Rise. Shine. The world is waiting for your brilliance.
