We must identify the kings among our customers and treat them royally to become kings in our field.
Categorization is my strength, and I achieve it through my advanced concept of the 80/20 Principle.
I joined Sidz-Internet Lifestyle Hub in 2020 and modeled it. I want to share my observations and insights to decode the successful Fortune Business Model. I believe it can positively impact various aspects of your life.
"I applied the 80/20 Principle with the vision of redefining the education system. I spent three years searching for a platform to execute it, but couldn't figure it out. When I became aware of IKIGAI, I realized that the same effort could work wonders if I focused on entrepreneurs to bring about a change in them.
For a better understanding of the power of categorization, let’s imagine a classroom full of students in a school. How can a common methodology support a different category of student in a class? If we categorize students and create a different approach for each category, can't we create a huge impact on every student?
I always believe, ‘When a student can't learn in the way you teach, teach the student in the way the student can learn.’
I categorize members in my community by creating a different strategy for each category, inspired by ILH. Let me share how I categorize my community members, which helps me launch my Quantum Membership with just 500+ members, all in the regional language.
“This world is for us, my son. Be bold. Be the hero of your story.”
Something shifted. A surge of energy coursed through me. My blood felt electrified.
I threw open the door.
Let’s categorize…
Colour Representation for the Members
Let's use different colors to represent various categories for easy understanding. In my study for over a decade, I found that the results of my Keyan’s Categorization Chart (KCC) remain consistent every time, and it works universally, helping me prepare for the outcomes even before starting the work.
Green Members: Following Pareto’s 80/20 Principle, the top 20% of community members are very dedicated to utilizing the community. Let's represent them as Green Zone Members.
Orange Members: If the top 20% are serious students, consider the top 20% of that 20% which is 4% of members. They are Action Takers. Represent them as Orange Zone Members.
Blue Members: If 20% of the Action Takers are good at taking action, then consider the top 20% of those Action Takers, which is 0.8% of people. They are the Achievers. Represent them as Blue Zone Members.
Yellow Members: Members in the 80% zone are followers. Represent these people as Yellow Zone Members.
Red Members: Among the 80% of followers, the bottom 20% are Critics. Represent them as Red Zone Members.
Characteristics of Green Zone
These members face significant challenges. Even God might find it challenging to help them. Because they are well-aware individuals. They genuinely acknowledge the community's benefits with understanding. The Green Zone people always respond positively, but they don't take action.
Why? They themselves don't know the reason. Mr. Jim Rohn used to say that this is the mystery of the mind.
KEY: In my study, I realize there is only one key that helps unlock these Green Zone people, and Sidz is a master at using that key effectively in ILH. That key is the TESTIMONY.
Green Zone members will take action only when they see significant changes from the Orange Zone people. The Hall of Fame interview is that magical key that inspires Green Zone people to take action. They take action only through inspiration. Upon taking action, they transform into Orange Zone People.
Characteristics of Orange Zone
Members in the Orange Zone are true leaders. One of the key qualities of leaders is taking action, and the best part is that Orange Zone individuals Take Action promptly. However, a challenge they face is the Shiny Object Syndrome—a tendency to act only on enticing opportunities.
KEY: Consistency is the key for Orange Zone individuals.
I admire Sidz for his robust approach to nurturing people in the Leadership Council Call, ensuring their vision shines forever. These activities contribute to Orange Zone members transitioning into Blue Zone Members.
Characteristics of Blue Zone
Members in the Blue Zone are the true Achievers. The main distinction between Blue Zone and Orange Zone members is that Orange Zone individuals start to try, while Blue Zone individuals begin and complete tasks.
Sidz acknowledges these achievers as Core Achievers at different levels to inspire others.
KEY: The best way to handle Blue Zone people is to spend more Time to Learn from them.
I admire Sidz for being a market leader in his field because he is the best student in his field.
Characteristic of Yellow Zone
Members in the Yellow Zone are simply followers. They follow either 16% of Green Zone people or 16% of Red Zone people. These individuals tend to avoid standing out. Despite having better ideas, they fear executing them and prefer to follow others.
For those in the Yellow Zone, if we don't engage with the 16% of Green Zone people, they may start following the 16% of Red Zone people.
Our master is a genius for creating a wonderful model to nurture Yellow Zone individuals in the Inner Circle Call consistently. This is achieved by providing Silver Membership as a lifetime access, even though it is his Minimum Viable Product.
KEY: Patience is the key. The best way to deal with Yellow Zone people is through patient engagement without expectation.
I admire Sidz for handling FBR (Freedom Business Retreat) to inspire people to take action.
Characteristics of Red Zone
They are critics, finding fault in every possible way like pessimists. My study indicates that there is no place, forum, or community without Red Zone people.
KEY: Handling these individuals can be done in various ways, but the most effective is to Stay Away. Arguing with Red Zone people to prove ourselves is the only way to waste our precious time.
One of the qualities I admire most in our master is that he never has second thoughts about removing Red Zone members from the community.
20/80 to 80/20
With an awareness of the characteristics of members in each zone, we can formulate different strategies for each group. If a community has 20% of active members, we can transform it into 80% of active members with the right strategy. I'm using Keyan’s Transformation Model to shift the results from 20/80 to 80/20 in my community.
The major lessons I learned from Siddharth in ILH that helped me generate unimaginable returns are:
To create a community and nurture it throughout our life, we need to run like a marathon, not like a sprint.
To become the best Morpheus (in the movie ‘The Matrix’) for our community, we should be a sincere Neo.
Consistency is the key for compounding growth.
Mr. Earl Nightingale explained a simple two-step principle for success:
To be number 1, be with number 1.
Sidz is always focused on a single point — Nurturing the Community.
If meditation means focusing on a single point, in my personal opinion, ILH is one of the divine places for everyone who is nurturing their community.
Here's my piece of information based on my understanding for anyone who has a vision of running a successful community.
The content should be shared from our own understanding and realization, while the context can be modeled after an expert like Sidz.
Success is attainable if we apply the teachings without complicating things.
I express gratitude to the universe for bringing me to the ILH toll road, making my journey smooth. Thank You Sidz.
