Way back in 2004, when I started my career as a trainer teaching individuals the power of decoding their subconscious mind through handwriting, the only challenge was to bring awareness and education about the science of Handwriting Analysis & Grapho-therapy.
The only understanding about the business then was to sell a product in exchange for a fee.
For a solid 16 years, this approach sustained my business. Weekly seminars served as the platform to showcase the captivating potency of this science, culminating in course sales that buoyed our endeavors.
This process brought crores of rupees to the business so there did not seem to be anything missing.
2020 was a turning point when the world was hit by the pandemic and everything came to a standstill. The clouds of uncertainty were hovering all around me. Within no time, uncertainty turned into anxiety, fear, and a lack of trust in the process of life.
Amidst this turmoil, a familiar figure, Sidz, whom I had crossed paths with in 2012, emerged as a beacon of hope during these dark times. Initially seeking his guidance solely to revitalize the business and maintain financial stability, I couldn’t have fathomed the profound impact his mentorship would wield.
Before Launching My Course
I joined the Diamond membership and burnt the midnight oil to get the systems right and make things work. Little did I know that there was something else awaiting me.
So here’s what changed for me:
1. From Transactional Relationships to Building Communities
16 years of training or business as I referred to it then, was about selling a product. It’s here that I learnt about building communities.
The shift from transactional dealings to community-building altered my entire perspective. No longer content with selling a skill, I aimed to empower my students to embrace a new identity and find success using their newfound abilities. It became a journey not just of teaching but of building a community where success was collective, where the monetary exchange was a by-product to the shared growth and support.
My journey transformed from merely imparting skills to creating an environment where every member felt a sense of empowerment and belonging. It meant guiding individuals not just through lessons but through transformative experiences, enabling them to carve their own paths and flourish.
The focus shifted from singular transactions to nurturing lasting relationships, from selling a product to providing a platform where personal and collective triumphs were celebrated. It became a journey of shared victories, where the success of each member was intertwined with the success of the entire community.
Hard Lesson Learnt
2. Imbibing the ‘Code of Honor’
Sidz's emphasis on a code of honor resonated deeply within me.
The introduction of a code of honor into our operations reshaped our approach profoundly. It was more than a set of guidelines; it became the heartbeat of our interactions.
Before Launching My Course
This code was the embodiment of integrity, trust, and accountability. It didn’t just dictate our behavior; it defined the essence of our community. It ensured that our actions resonated with our values, building an environment where transparency and authenticity thrived.
This code bridged the gap between what we offered and what our community sought. It wasn’t just a rulebook; it was a shared commitment that aligned our aspirations, actions, and outcomes.
3. System and Automation
When I joined the Diamond membership, my focus was to earn fast money. And to achieve the same, I did all that was required to get the systems right and the automations up and running. What came in return was much more than the money.
I got the freedom to do what I love doing from wherever I am. It was heart-breaking to know that I may not return to my office in Bangalore when Covid hit, the place where it all started and brought me fame, money, recognition, the place that saw many jumping with joy at their transformation and crying with liberation.
Systems and automation made the entire process so effortless. Along with the participant’s journey being smooth, it also brought a lot of balance in all facets of my life. I do not have to take a holiday or break from my work to spend time with family…
In the last couple of years, I have traveled more than I did in those 16 years. Efficient systems are not mere operational enhancements; they are the bridges connecting my teachings to every corner of the world. It revolutionized my approach, allowing me to transcend geographical barriers and bring about change and growth regardless of physical distance.
Starting of a New Legacy
The embrace of these systems wasn’t just about technological advancement; it was about creating a global community where transformation found its way to every doorstep, breaking down the walls that once confined our impact.
I am doing all it takes to deliver my programs and add value to every member of the community and yet living a life of freedom.
4. Networking and Collaboration
Sidz announced Quantum for the very first time in 2021. There were no second thoughts about it. I had to go for it.
All the members in the Quantum Club are the best at what they do. The ripples of transformation each one has been creating could be felt in the success stories of their community members.
Beyond the pursuit of financial gains or business expansion, Quantum encouraged alliances rooted in shared values and aspirations. It is more than a platform; it is a sanctuary where collaborations transcend mere transactions.
Within the Quantum community, collaborations don’t revolve solely around revenue; they are symphonies of shared visions and mutual respect. These collaborations aren’t just about increasing monetary streams; they amplify our collective impact. The collaborations made a significant difference and a chain was created where one milestone led to another. The first milestone was an opportunity to share my success story on the Quantum Stage during our retreat in 2023, which again opened new doors, eventually leading to an honor of being among the tribe of world-class trainers at Success Gyan.
In essence, my journey underwent a profound metamorphosis from a transactional approach to a community-centric ethos, catalyzed by Sidz's guidance during the tumultuous pandemic era. Today, it's not merely about selling programs; it's about offering community memberships, ensuring each member thrives while I embrace a life of freedom and abundance.
