The ₹2,000 Note and The 10 Crore Dream
Embracing Change and Finding Strength: A Journey of Personal Resilience, Entrepreneurial Spirit, and Unwavering Determination
Published on March 27, 2025
March 2020. The world was in chaos. News channels blared the same announcement over and over again—“All educational institutes must shut down immediately!” My heart pounded as I realized what this meant for me. My institute—my only source of income—was about to be locked down.
I reached for my wallet. Few coins. A single ₹2,000 note. That was all I had left. My vision blurred, my chest tightened. And then, in that moment of darkness, a face appeared in my mind—Shalu, my wife.
We had just gotten married, living in a rented house, building our future from scratch. She had left her secure job as a nurse to build a life with me, trusting me when I promised, “You will live like a queen.” And now, how was I supposed to tell her that our dreams had just shattered?
I stepped inside. Shalu ran toward me, eyes filled with fear. “Did you hear the news? Is it true?” I forced a smile. I tried. But even I could feel it failing.
Silence. More silence. Then the question that cut through me like a blade—“What will we do now?”
She had given up everything for me. And now I had nothing to give back. My hands clenched into fists. Think, Vibin. THINK!
Before Launching My Course
Without a word, I ran upstairs, locked the door, and sat down. Where is my life going? My mind raced through every chapter of my past—singing in a band, tutoring students, giving motivational talks, even training the police force.
And then the irony hit me like a speeding truck.
“Motivational speaker? Are YOU getting demotivated?”
The words echoed. I—once celebrated as the best motivational speaker in Kerala—was now sitting on the floor, broke, defeated, and paralyzed. My mind drifted to the two mothers who shaped me. Valsala, who gave me life but left this world when I was just four. And Usha, who stepped in and raised me as her own, pouring love into every empty space I carried.
Just then, cutting through the spiral of doubt, came another voice—deep, unwavering, familiar. My father, Babu Raj.
“This world is for us, my son. Be bold. Be the hero of your story.”
Something shifted. A surge of energy coursed through me. My blood felt electrified.
I threw open the door.
Before Launching My Course
Shalu stood there, her face lined with worry. I burst into laughter.
Her eyes widened. “Have you gone mad?”
“Shalu, do you trust me?”
She hesitated, then nodded. “Yes.”
“Do you trust the universe?”
She blinked, then—“Yes!”
I grabbed the ₹2,000 note, stuck it to the wall. “This is our money magnet. Watch what happens next!”
She stared at me. And then… she smiled.
If the universe had background music, this was the part where the triumphant theme kicked in.
The First Step Toward 10 Crores
Her trust helped me take my training business online.
Her trust helped me turn a ₹2,000 crisis into a ₹10 Crore empire.
With the pure intention to succeed and help others succeed, I attracted world-class mentors into my life. When the student is truly ready, the teacher appears.
And it all began with one name—Siddharth Rajsekar.
I first saw Sidz in a Success Gyan webinar. I wasn’t sold on his business model. I wasn’t sold on his courses.
But his English?
That got me.
My brothers Vibil, Vimal, and I were spoken English teachers in Kerala—so when I first heard Sidz speak, it stopped me in my tracks. His English was flawless. That’s what caught my attention.
My brother and I ended up buying his course—not for the business model, but for the way he spoke.
Then I started digging deeper.
Wait. College dropout?
Same as me.
Musician & Sound engineer? Me too.
Introvert? Yep, me again.
Deeply spiritual? Okay, this was getting uncanny.
But I didn’t fully commit until I saw Mitesh Khatri making ₹1 crore per month with Sidz’s help.
That was my wake-up call.
I signed up for Quantum Angels.
₹10 LAKH.
It felt like ₹10 CRORE at that time.
Now? After three years in Quantum?
₹10 lakh feels like ₹10 rupees.
I prepared for weeks—devoured every course of Sidz, read You Can Coach 12 times.
By the time my one-on-one call with Sidz came around, I had 23 questions lined up, ready to fire.
He answered them all in 5 minutes.
Just like that, I was out of ammo.
He looked straight into my eyes.
“Vibin, what is your intention in Quantum?”
I took a pause and said, “Sir, I want to be like you. Full time freedom. Work 2-3 days a week. Earn crores.”
I was so excited, my English completely broke.
Sidz smiled. “Nothing wrong with making money. But money is just a byproduct. How can you give more value?”
I had no answer.
“Let me see your dashboard,” he said.
My heartbeat tripled. Would he ask me about ROAS? CPA? Pixels?
Instead, he just said:
“Vibin, it’s time for you to launch Diamond.”
My brain stalled. “Diamond? How much should I charge?”
“Start with ₹1 lakh.”
I burst into laughter.
“Sir, I am from Kerala. Nobody here will pay ₹1 lakh for a coaching program.”
Sidz grinned. “Where are you from?”
“Kerala, sir.”
“And how much did YOU pay me?”
I blinked. “₹10 lakh, sir.”
And suddenly… I got it.
I launched my Diamond Membership at ₹1 lakh.
92 students enrolled in one day.
Within months, I was making ₹20–₹55 lakh regularly.
Sidz was right.
THIS was my new normal.
And now?
• ₹10 Crore+ revenue.
• 15+ students who became 1 Crore Champions.
• Collectively ₹50 crore in Kerala’s coaching economy.
The numbers tell one story.
But my proudest moment?
It wasn’t the money.
It was when my wife stood in front of our Malayalam community and said:
“I never saw him as the man he is today. But today, I do. I am proud of him.”
And more than anything, I treasure my father’s words. I once asked him, “What’s the moment you’re proudest of in my life?”
He didn’t even pause. My father, Babu Raj, looked at me and said,
“The happiest moment of my life wasn’t when you made 10 crores. It was when you stood in front of 800 people at the Freedom Business Retreat in Chennai… and made them laugh. In English. That’s what made me proud.”
I cried that day
Not when I had only ₹2,000 left.
Not when I was drowning in fear.
But when I realized…
I had become the man I was meant to be.
The Final Message – From Kerala to You
If you’re reading this, thinking, “Is this even possible for me?”—I have one answer.
Yes. But only if you have the right mentor.
Even if you’re left with an empty wallet, drowning in debts, and no support from friends or relatives—you can still start with a heart full of hope.
You just need three things: a community, a mentor, and a system that works.
For me, the Quantum Angels was that game-changer.
It can be yours too.
Sidz—the real Kingmaker—has already built the board game.
Are you ready to play?
