


Growing up in an environment where her voice didn’t matter, Rashi spent years battling low confidence, early marriage struggles, and declining mental and physical health — until a moment of clarity made her realise she needed to heal herself first.
Joining ILH opened her eyes to purpose, confidence, and financial independence. She finally felt supported, understood, and capable of creating change.
Small steps in self-love, mindful living, and caring for her body grew into a mission — helping women who had always put themselves last rediscover strength, joy, and confidence through mind–body wellness.
The success of her clients — from Poonam recovering after knee surgeries to couples reversing health issues to women finding relief from emotional pain — showed her the real impact of her work. Their belief in her strengthened her resolve to serve.
What began as a personal transformation evolved into a movement of empowered women and healthier families. Today, Rashi leads the FIT2LIFT Tribe with the belief that every woman deserves fitness, confidence, and self-love, proving how personal healing can uplift an entire community.
In the quiet moments of life where doubts hide, a journey started — a story not just about me but about all of us who are trying to discover strength in challenges and make positive changes.
I never thought I could inspire anyone or change their lives, or that people would see me and get inspired and motivated by me. But life has its own way of surprising us.
Coming from a society where a girl child was educated only enough to get her married, without being asked for her opinion, and where beauty mattered more than deeds, I never felt good enough. I never dared to have an opinion, and self-doubt became a constant companion.
Life used to be pretty ordinary and boring, just going through the motions like a robot. People around me, unintentionally, made me feel not good enough, especially about my body and my looks.
Getting married early, I thought it would give my life purpose, but it turned into a confusing mix of sacrifices and not loving myself. Depression and pain became constant companions, making life feel like an endless struggle. I was so unhappy that it started showing on my health and more so on my children. I would scold them for trivial matters, fight with my spouse and relatives.
I knew my mental health was taking a toll, and it had to stop, or it would be the end of me.
In the midst of all this, a moment of realization struck — I understood that to make others happy, I first needed to find happiness within myself. I wanted to be a good example for my kids, not wanting them to go through the same agony I went through.
The pivotal moment that changed everything for me was finding my mentor Sidharth Rajsekar, a guiding light who helped me break free from my old, under confident self and paved the path for my newfound confidence and financial independence.
His simplicity, authenticity, and unwavering dedication to change people’s lives immediately caught my attention. This changed my perception and way of thinking. He showed me the magic of having a purpose and how it could change my life and help others too.
Joining his community, the Internet Lifestyle Hub, I came to know I am not alone; I have an army of people just like me who are there to help and support each other. I came to realize my purpose in life and wanted to help.
Taking those first steps toward taking care of myself felt like unlocking a door to joy — not just in my body but deep inside my heart. Wanting to share what I learned, I made a promise to help others, especially women like me who had always put their families first and themselves second.
The journey started with small but important changes — changing my way of thinking, a bit more self-love, gaining confidence, and appreciating the value of a healthy body.
The connection between mind, body, and breath became my guide, leading me to lifestyle changes, mindful eating, and the joy of moving and exercising my body.
The best part was seeing the sincerity and dedication of those around me. Their voices echoed, saying, “If you can do it, we can too.” That statement inspired me, and I started my journey to help and serve wholeheartedly under the guidance of my mentor Sidz. Challenges came up, but the community’s strong support reminded me that every problem had a solution. Just stay focused, be an action-taker, believe in yourself, and the universe will help you solve it.
My intention and dedication came from my community, the Fit2Lift Tribe. Their faith instilled courage to go ahead. When you hear and see them succeeding, it’s a joyful feeling.
One such student was Poonam Goel, who had so much faith in me that after both knee replacement surgeries, she wanted to work out.
And this is what she said, “Since 2003 you have been more than a fitness instructor to me; you’ve also been a great motivator. Thanks for the techniques you’ve taught me that have made a tremendous impact on my life. For me what was more important was the results which they achieved from their hard work… I, as the fitness coach, was dedicated to my work for them — made workouts interesting and provided plans for healthy eating.
