After 30+ years as a dental professor with BDS, MDS & PhD degrees, Dr. Suma stood at a crossroads—should she continue dentistry or follow her heart into mindset coaching?
Battling midlife burnout and a personal identity crisis, she joined ILH after hearing Sidz speak about Family, Freedom, and Service—and upgraded to Diamond within a month.
Her first few webinars had no sales, but she pushed through, evolved her niche to focus on midlife transformation, and hit ₹1 lakh in revenue organically—exactly as Sidz had challenged her to.
She rebuilt her model, added L3 coaching, learned to run Facebook ads, and within three months reached Hall of Fame status—all while overcoming deep-rooted self-doubt and tech fears.
Today, she helps men and women navigate midlife with clarity and grace—and believes her true achievement is not the milestone, but the woman she became along the way.
I was at a crossroads, transitioning from being a professor at a dental college to exploring the possibilities of being an online oral consultant.
The shift felt like stepping into the unknown, and I knew I needed guidance. That’s when a friend suggested attending a Trainer’s Growth Summit. I had no idea how much it would change my life, but one trainer stood out among them all—Siddharth Rajsekar. His words about Family, Freedom, and Service resonated deeply, and I found myself drawn to his message. “This feels like destiny,” I thought, and that instinct nudged me to join the Internet Lifestyle Hub (ILH).
At first, it seemed like the secrets to success—Niche Clarity, Systems, and Autopilot Sales—were exactly what I needed to move forward. But defining my niche wasn’t so simple.
With 30 years of experience in dentistry and degrees like BDS, MDS, and PhD under my belt, I wondered if I should continue with dentistry or pivot to “Mindset Coaching for Women.” The thought kept nagging at me, “Where do I really belong?”
I was going through a midlife crisis, compounded by work and family issues. Moving from Delhi to Bangalore had stirred up memories of bitter workplace experiences, and I swore to myself, "I will never work for anyone else again."
But despite the resolve, I was caught in a negative spiral, feeling like the forces around me were pushing me deeper into doubt. “Why does everything feel like it’s slipping out of control?” I questioned, as I reflected on my situation. The weight of office politics, family responsibilities, and the relentless pressure left me feeling drained.
I knew something had to change. “I can’t keep living like this,” I thought. Deep down, there was still a spark, a fire inside me that wanted to make a difference. That desire for change ignited something, and I began to pray. “Please show me the way,” I whispered, hoping the universe would listen.
And it did. In ILH, as Siddharth often says, nothing happens by chance. It felt like magic—the people, the tribe, the values, the culture—it all came together so perfectly. Within a month of joining, I made the leap to Diamond membership. And within five months, I became a Freedom Finisher.
"Mindfulness for Senior Women Leaders" became my niche. Yet, the path wasn’t smooth. My first webinar yielded no sales. But three months later, I found myself with a small community of 10 Level-1 members.
Siddharth’s advice rang in my ears: "Follow the process." I participated in MMI, Quantum Leap, TTT, and WEP, but I still felt like something was holding me back. During one of the TTT sessions, I got the chance to meet Siddharth. Frustrated with my lack of progress, I asked him, “What should I do?” His response was simple but powerful: "Make 1,00,000 in the next month."
I returned home with a renewed determination. “If Siddharth believes I can do it, then I must try,” I told myself. I launched my Level-3 program and, through organic leads alone, made over 1 lakh that month. The shift in mindset was incredible.
Taking a brief break from webinars, I spent time reflecting on my emotional journey. “My niche needs to evolve,” I realized. After two days of deep introspection, I shifted my focus from working with women to helping both men and women navigate midlife identity crises.
The clarity felt right. When I relaunched my webinars with Facebook ads, success followed. In just three months, I made 10 more Level-1 and four Level-3 sales, officially qualifying for the Hall of Fame (HOF).
“I’ve made it,” I thought as I reflected on the journey. Siddharth was right—the Hall of Fame journey was the hardest part. Overcoming my shyness in front of the camera, learning Facebook ads, and setting up systems—it all took patience and perseverance. But I was committed, fully trusting in my mentor, in the systems, and, most importantly, in the path the universe had chosen for me.
Now, I see the transformation wasn’t just external. It was deeply internal. “Who I’ve become is far more important than what I’ve achieved,” I reminded myself. My relationships, my mindset, my health—everything has changed for the better. I feel a renewed sense of purpose, bliss, and contentment.
This wasn’t just about becoming a Hall of Famer. It was about stepping into my true self.
