Internet Lifestyle Hub is a digital learning community platform which is owned, managed & operated by Siddharth Rajsekar Learning Academy LLP, incorporated under Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 having its registered office at 78, Karya Space, 132, Dr Radha Krishnan Salai, Mylapore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600004. 

The platform is offered by Mighty Networks a unit of Mighty Software, Inc. The Platform includes experts, coaches, consultants, mentors & learners. It is a one-stop for coaching and learning as well as consulting. The platform has three different levels of memberships - Gold, Silver & Diamond. 

The data is mostly hosted on a cloud platform. This digital school includes various sub-platforms one of which is a Social Media Platform called ILH Society.

Internet Lifestyle Hub is an online service platform that offers content in various formats including audiovisuals, audio, pre-recorded audiovisuals, live audiovisuals and/or in written form in a diverse range of categories through various modes and means and publish and make available such Content to the Learners. 

Internet Lifestyle Hub acts as an online education platform and an intermediary [in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, or The Copyright Act (as amended from time to time)] or other equivalent / similar legislations, and makes available Content to Learners, including through subscription offerings (refer to the Subscription Terms below to know more). 

Internet Lifestyle Hub may also offer, either directly or indirectly (through other third-party platforms), other incidental and ancillary services like Live Mentorship, live video contests, scholarships, webinars, and events and facilitating discussion forums.

As a Learner, to access the Platform and use the Services, you will be required to register and create an account on the Platform by providing the requested details. To register on the ILH Society Platform you must meet the Age criteria. 

By using the ILH Society Platform, you, through your actions, affirm that you meet the age requirement of being 18 years or above. You can register on the platform under 3 different levels of memberships as mentioned in Annexure-1.  

Please check the Service offerings on our Platform/Site. You are not bound to purchase any product or use any Service offered on the Platform.

We seek to make ILH Society a positive experience for all. Hence there are certain sets standards and policies to be adhered to, by the community members within this Community. However, it is expected from everyone using the platform to adhere to a few basic rules:

- No violation of laws or regulations or violation of intellectual property or personal rights of others.

- No violence, threats of violence, or threats of harm.

- No harassment or attack of a person or a community based on attributes such as race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, or disabilities.

- No sexualization of minors

- No viruses, malware, phishing, or spam.

Account Creation & access of services provided by ILH Society are chargeable.

Accordingly, access to certain Services and features is offered by ILH Society through a multi-tiered paid subscription plan(s) or purchases; the details of the Services and applicable features along with their corresponding prices are annexed as Annexure 1.

Subscriptions can be purchased by following the instructions displayed as you browse through the Platform.

The terms that are applicable to your purchase of Subscription(s) -

1. Purchase of a Subscription will allow you access only to the content available under the category of contents for which you have purchased the Subscription.

2. Before you proceed to purchase any Subscription, please read, and understand the details of the Subscription(s) you intend to purchase on the Platform. If you are unclear about any part of the Subscription offering or need further clarification, then please feel free to post your query prior to your purchase at email address provided in the ‘Contact for User Support/Queries’ clause below.

3. We may personalize Services and feature them as part of Subscriptions, including showing you recommendations on content in the subscribed category, and other related categories that might be of interest to you to make your navigation experience better.

4. The Subscription is of a personal nature and is solely for the benefit of the person subscribing and is not allowed to be resold by you or transferred to or shared to any other person for consideration or otherwise. In the event we get to know that any User has resold / transferred / shared Subscription with another person, then we retain the right to cancel/terminate the Subscription forthwith.

5. Depending on the Subscription Service you have purchased, you may be given access to certain additional Services and features. The additional terms applicable to each of these additional Services may be made available to you on the Platform in the form of Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions or FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) for that specific Service or may be communicated to you. Therefore, please ensure to review the Platform Terms to understand the additional services, if any made available to you, and how you can opt for the same.

Preferred Subscription Service can be opted for any category(ies) of content by following instructions encountered on the Platform and making the payment applicable for the Subscription you choose to purchase.

Please go through the following terms mentioned for the purchase of your preferred Platform Subscription. These terms are to be read along with any other terms communicated to you at the time of purchase of your Subscription.

You agree to pay all Subscription fees and charges that are applicable to your purchase on the Platform and that you are solely responsible for payment of these fees and charges. The charges for the Subscription are payable in full and in advance and are valid until cancelled or terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

The right to pursue the subscription- fee owed to us using various collection methods which may include charging other payment methods on file with us and/or retaining collection agencies or legal counsel is reserved with ILH Society.

The entity within the ILH Society to which your payments will be made will be on the basis of Annexure 2.

Your payments to ILH Society shall be subject to applicable taxes including without limitation Goods and Service Taxes (GST) and Value Added Taxes (VAT) or other similar taxes as may be applicable in your country of residence/from where you have created your account on the Platform or purchased the subscriptions. The right to change, modify & revise the pricing the Subscriptions is reserved with us.

We further reserve the right to offer customized subscription plans and pricing (including discounts or special offers) besides what is presented on the Platform, which also counts the custom billing and payment terms, that might deviate from the standard terms.

We use third-party payment gateways to process payments applicable to the Services offered by us. Third-party payment gateway(s) available on the platform may vary in accordance with the Subscription you choose. Likewise, we have also enabled integration of third-party payment providers to facilitate better payment options to you, which may vary depending on your territory or the Subscription you choose. Third-party payment gateways and third- party payment providers shall collectively be referred to as “Third-Party Service Providers”.

Third-Party Service Providers may also charge you additional charges to use or access their services and may need your Personal Information to complete any transaction for the Platform. Further, to assist completion of your payments to us through the Platform or choosing the various payment options provided to you, you may be redirected to an external website operated by the Third-Party Service Provider. 

IHL is not liable and does not (i) guarantee the adequacy of the privacy and security practices employed by or the content and media provided by the Third-Party Service Provider or its respective websites or (ii) control collection or use of your Personal Information by such Third-Party Service Provider. Therefore, prior to accessing or using any services offered by a Third-Party Service Provider, it is suggested to review their terms and conditions, privacy policy and other policies, that are applicable, to understand their terms of usage and to understand how your Personal information is being processed. ILH Society is not affiliated to any Third-Party Service Provider and neither ILH Society nor any of the Third-Party Service Provider are agents or employees of each other.

Further, depending upon the payment option you opt for, you may be required to enter into a separate agreement with the relevant Third-Party Service Provider. This agreement with the Third-Party Service Provider is an independent agreement between you and such Third-Party Service Provider and ILH Society shall in no manner be a party to the same. ILH Society is only assisting you with the available payment options and is not offering the payment by itself in any manner.

You agree that you are solely responsible for all charges that occur through such Third-Party Service Providers and acknowledge and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ILH Society, its licensors & affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any loss arising out of or linked to the use of the Platform or any purchases made through the Platform. This obligation will survive the use of the Platform and termination of this Agreement. 

For purposes of the Platform Terms, “Loss” means all losses, liabilities, damages, awards, settlements, claims, suits, proceedings, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements and costs of investigation, litigation, settlement, judgment, interest, and penalties). ILH Society shall not be liable to you for any claims arising out of any act or omission on the part of the Third-Party Service Provider(s) including, but not limited to, any stolen, misplaced, lost, or incorrectly processed payments. ILH Society expressly disclaims any responsibility and liability for all services provided by the Third-Party Service Provider(s).

Please note, that all payments are collected by ILH Society only via the Platform and not through any third parties (except Third-Party Service Provider(s)). We do not usually authorize any third party (except Third-Party Service Provider(s)) to collect monies on our behalf; nevertheless, if we have authorized any third party then such third party will have received a written authorization from ILH Society either by way of any agreement or an authorization letter. Please check with such third party prior to making any payments, alternatively, you can always verify with us by writing to us at email address provided under the ‘Contact for User Support/Queries’ clause below.

Subject to the Platform Terms, ILH Society hereby grants you a non- exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to access and use the ILH Society Platform for your own personal, non-commercial, and private use in compliance with these Terms and Conditions and other Platform Terms.

You shall not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, redistribute, create derivative works, or exploit the Platform or any part of it (including but not limited to any proprietary information copyrighted material, trademarks, etc.) except otherwise expressly permitted.

We respect your privacy and encourage you to control the treatment of your personal information. Our privacy practices are set forth in our Privacy Policy, which is part of this Agreement. By joining ILH Society, you are sharing personally identifiable information with us and other members

On visiting the platform, the mode of communication is electronic. Hence, you may be prompted to provide a valid phone number while creating an account with us or at the time of enrollment and purchase of any Subscription Service. 

We may communicate with you through e- mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the Platform, WhatsApp, Telegram Channel or by any other mode of communication. By furnishing your information you permit ILH Society, its affiliates, and their respective employees, agents, and contractors to initiate electronic communications by E-mail, What’s App, Telegram Channel, or such other mode of communication with respect to your access to the Platform and concerning the products and services provided by ILH Society and its affiliates. 

These communications may be made by or on behalf of ILH Society. ILH Society is not liable for the charges imposed by the internet service provider in respect of your communications with ILH Society as it constitutes availing their services, and you agree to be responsible for such charges. 

If you do not consent to share your information or being contacted by telephone, text, email or such other mode of communication please do not submit your information. Further, you will always have an option to unsubscribe or opt out from any promotional communications sent by ILH Society and / or its affiliates either by following the relevant instructions that may be communicated by text, email, or such other mode of communication in which you received a promotional communication or by disabling the options provided within your account on the Platform.

Please note that – If you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send you transactional communications, such as service announcements, administrative and legal notices, and information about your account, without any provision to opt out of these communications. If you do not wish to use the Platform or receive any communications from us (except for legal purposes) then you may delete your account by either writing to us at the email address provided under ‘Contact for User Support/queries’ clause below.

We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties, and we do not use your name or name of your company in marketing statements without your consent.

If ILH Society has knowledge of or has any reason to believe that any Member-generated Content on the Platform violates the intellectual property rights of ILH Society or other Members, then we reserve the right to remove access to such content and undertake immediate suspension or termination of any Site or Service User/Member who is found to have infringed on the rights of ILH Society or a third party, or otherwise infringed any intellectual property laws. 

At ILH Society, we respect the intellectual property of others just as much ours and, hence, if you believe that your intellectual property rights have been used in a way that gives rise to concerns of infringement of your intellectual property (including copyrights and trademarks), and you want it to be delete or disable the material in question from the ILH Society platform, you must provide us with all of the following information:

a. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

b. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;

c. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringed or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit ILH Society to locate the material;

d. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

e. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

ILH Society has a policy of terminating users who are deemed to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at ILH Society’s sole discretion. ILH Society may also at its sole discretion, limit access to the Platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringes any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeated infringement. 

Further, we reserve the right to remove access to any content that we know, or have reason to know, violates the intellectual property rights of ILH Society or other Members.

1. Member-generated Content: You shall remain the sole owner of any content uploaded or published or submitted or posted by you on the Platform, including without limitation, any text, image, media, written statements or other content posted or published by a Member anywhere on the Platform including without limitations in the comments section (“Member -generated Content”) and ILH Society does not claim any ownership over any Member -generated Content uploaded/published by any Member on the Platform.

By submitting the Member -generated Content on the Platform, you hereby grant ILH Society a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, share, display, publish, retain, make available online and/or electronically transmit such Member -generated Content as well as technical information collected via the Platform to the extent necessary (i) to provide the Platform and our Services; (ii) to perform our obligations under the Platform Terms and other written agreement with the Member; (iii) to provide, monitor, correct, and improve the Platform and Services related thereto; (iv) for the ILH Society Platform and Internet Lifestyle Hub’s (and its successors’, subsidiaries and affiliates’) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the ILH Society Platform in any media formats and through any media channels; (v) to de-identify Member data such that there is no reasonable basis to believe that the information can be used, alone, or in combination with other reasonably available information, to identify any individual or to identify Member as the source of such data; (vi) to aggregate Member data with other data; (vii) to comply with applicable laws. 

You also hereby grant each Member of the Platform a limited, non-exclusive license to access your Member -generated Content through the Platform.

2. ILH Society Content: ILH Society and / or its affiliates owns all information and materials (in whatever form or media) provided or communicated to you by or on behalf of ILH Society including but not limited to, the Platform, illustrations, letters, images, ideas, concepts, the layout, design, flow, look and feel of the Platform, logos, marks, graphics, audio files, video files, any software which is owned by or licensed to ILH Society and / or its affiliates, the underlying source and object code, instructions embedded in any form of digital documents and other data, information, or material made available to you by ILH Society (“ILH Society Content”). 

ILH Society Content specifically excludes any content uploaded by the Members, including without limitation, any Member -generated Content on the Platform. ILH Society Content, including its trademarks, will not be used, modified, or altered by you in any way. You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership or rights to the ILH Society Content or the Platform by use of the Platform. 

You acknowledge and agree that the ILH Society Content is protected by the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws and any unauthorize use, reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the ILH Society Content and any component thereof is strictly prohibited.

You agree and affirm not to utilize any data mining tools, AI enabled tools, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract for re-utilization of any part of this Platform, without ILH Society’s express prior written consent.

As a Learner, you may delete your account at any time by either writing to us at the email address provided under ‘Contact for User Support/Queries’ clause below. If your account is deleted (regardless of the reason), you will no longer has access to your account on the Platform and your Member-generated Content may no longer be available; any deletion once processed is irrecoverable. 

ILH Society is not responsible for the loss of your information and/or Member-generated Content upon deletion and ILH Society shall not be liable to any party in any way for the inability to access Member-generated Content arising from any deletion. Please note that all accounts will remain active unless you categorically ask us to delete it.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ILH SOCIETY, ITS AFFILIATES, THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, LOSSES OR EXPENSES OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF MEMBER-GENERATED CONTENT OR ANY OTHER CONTENT AVAILABLE AT ILH SOCIETY, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR ILH SOCIETY,  PLATFORMS, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE ILH SOCIETY,  PLATFORM, (IV) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR ILH SOCIETY PLATFORM BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (V) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY MEMBER-GENERATED CONTENT OR ANY OTHER CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE ILH- SOCIETY WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT ILH SOCIETY,  IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

WE UNDERSTAND THAT, IN SOME JURISDICTIONS, WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS AND CONDITIONS MAY APPLY THAT CANNOT BE LEGALLY EXCLUDED, IF THAT IS TRUE IN YOUR JURISDICTION, THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ILH SOCIETY AND ITS AFFILIATES LIMIT THEIR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THOSE WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS TO SUPPLYING YOU THE ILH SOCIETY PLATFORM AGAIN. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY, IF ANY, FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RELATING TO OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF YOUR ACTUAL DAMAGES OR THE CHARGES PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SITE FOR A PERIOD OF TWO MONTHS.

YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ILH SOCIETY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR MEMBER- GENERATED CONTENT OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.

THE ILH SOCIETY PLATFORM IS CONTROLLED AND OFFERED BY SOCIETY-INTERNET LIFESTYLE, AND / OR ITS AFFILIATES DEPENDING UPON YOUR JURISDICTION. ILH SOCIETY, MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS THAT THE ILH SOCIETY, PLATFORM IS APPROPRIATE OR AVAILABLE FOR USE IN OTHER LOCATIONS. THOSE WHO ACCESS OR USE THE ILH SOCIETY PLATFORM FROM OTHER JURISDICTIONS DO SO AT THEIR OWN VOLITION AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAW.

YOU AGREE THAT THE PLATFORM, CONTENT, AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ILH SOCIETY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM AND EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM AND YOUR USE THEREOF TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ILH SOCIETY EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, TERMS OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, AVAILABILITY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE PLATFORM, MEMBER-GENERATED CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM, OR THE CONTENT OF ANY SITES SO LINKED AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF MEMBER-GENERATED CONTENT OR ANY CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PLATFORM, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE PLATFORM, (IV) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (V) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY MEMBER-GENERATED CONTENT OR ANY OTHER CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY MEMBER- GENERATED CONTENT OR ANY OTHER CONTENT THAT IS POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE PLATFORM AS ILH SOCIETY IS STRICTLY AN INTERMEDIARY AS UNDER THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000. 

ILH SOCIETY DOES NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MEMBER- GENERATED CONTENT OR THE PLATFORM ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE PLATFORM OR ANY HYPERLINKED SERVICES OR FEATURED IN ANY BANNER OR OTHER ADVERTISING, AND ILH SOCIETY WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF MEMBER-GENERATED CONTENT OR SERVICES. AS WITH THE PURCHASE OF A SERVICE THROUGH ANY MEDIUM OR IN ANY ENVIRONMENT, YOU SHOULD USE YOUR BEST JUDGMENT AND EXERCISE CAUTION WHERE APPROPRIATE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the platform, its directors, officers, managers, members, consultants, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from and against all actions, claims, proceedings, damages, liabilities, demands, settlements, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees and related costs, which (i) arise or are a part of any consequence of your negligence or wrongful act(s) or omission(s); (ii) arise from a breach that you may commit; or (iii) failure to comply with this Agreement. We have no obligation to reimburse, defend, indemnify, or hold you harmless as a consequence of, relating to, or arising out of, this Agreement, the Site, Content or Service, or your access to or use & access of the Site, Content or Service.

If an action is brought against ILH Society in respect to any allegation for which indemnity may be sought, ILH Society will apprise you of any such claim which comes to its knowledge and will: (i) deliver reasonable cooperation to you at your expense related  with the defence or settlement of any such claim; and (ii) be entitled to cooperate at its own expense in the defence of any such claim.

This Agreement shall be read with and governed by the laws of the Indian Government and the State of Tamil Nadu, without reference to their rules regarding conflicts of law. You hereby, irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu in all disputes arising out of or related to the use of the Platform, Content or Service. In the event of a dispute between an affiliate and ILH Society arising from or in connection with this Agreement, or the rights and obligations of either party, the parties shall endeavor in good faith to resolve the dispute through confidential, nonbinding mediation. 

ILH Society shall not be obligated to be a party to the mediation as a precondition to disciplinary action against an Affiliate. If the parties fail in resolving their dispute through mediation, the dispute shall be settled totally and finally through arbitration. The parties may also seek judicial enforcement of an arbitration award.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an action before the courts seeking a restraining order, injunction, or other equitable relief to protect its intellectual property rights, including but not limited to customer and/or affiliate lists as well as other trade secrets, trademarks, trade names, patents, and copyrights. 

a) Notices: All notices required or permitted to be given under this Agreement will be in writing and delivered to the other party by any of the following methods: (i) Overnight courier, or (ii) Electronic mail. If you wish to write an e-mail, write it at [email protected] . If ILH Society provides notice to you, it will use the contact information provided by you. 

b) Modifications: ILH Society may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, (i) revise this Agreement; (ii) modify the Site, Content or the Service, and (iii) discontinue the Site, Content or Service at any time for any reason. ILH Society shall post any revision to this Agreement to the Site, and the revision shall be effective immediately upon such positing. 

In the event of substantive changes to this Agreement, the new terms will be posted to the Site. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is not to use the Site and Service and to request an immediate termination of your membership. Your continued use of the Site, Content or the Service following posting of a change notice or new Agreement on the Site will constitute binding acceptance of the changes.

c) Termination: ILH Society reserves a right to suspend or terminate the access of this site in its absolute and sole discretion if it has a reasonable belief in good faith, that you have breached any term of this Agreement. Upon such termination your license to use the site, content or services shall terminate and the surviving clauses of this agreement shall apply indefinitely unless and until we choose to bring such clauses to an end.

d) Force Majeure: ILH Society shall not be liable for failure to perform, or the delay in performance of, any of its obligations if, and to the extent that, such failure or delay is caused by events substantially beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of the public enemy or governmental body in its sovereign or contractual capacity, war, terrorism, floods, fire, strikes, epidemics, civil unrest or riots, power outage, and/or unusually severe weather.

e) Agreement to Terms: When you use the Service, you agree to the terms of use set forth in this agreement including the privacy policy and other parts to this agreement if any.
